A British woman had to bring her 16 month old toddler into court after he was mistakenly charged with speeding.
Makes me feel all warm inside knowing I'm protected by officer friendly.
Hey, that toy car in the picture looks ileagally parked. I demand the government SAVE MY LIFE by issuing a ticket.
