Once again, the "Democratic" party shows it's true stripes. If you can't get your way in the legislature, then sabotage the democratic process. Lovely people.

They're acting like total assclowns. This is reason enough for me NOT to vote Democratic in the next election. They're showing us how unfit they are to run this country.

I've been told that for all but one of the Senate Ds, doing ANYthing to prevent redistricting is basically what their districts are demanding. Seems their districts have been so tightly packed with Ds that they not only don't have to worry about pissing off swing votes but are compelled to leave the state lest their constituents vote them out. You may think it makes them unfit, etc, but it sounds like they are in fact doing what their voters want them to do.

Well, if the majority wants it, then it should be.

Majority rule has brought us wonderful things like prohibition of alcohol, smoking neo-temperance, progressive taxation, slavery, Hitler...

Well to me they are acting like children. You don't run from your problems and laugh on the way out. They think they're being clever, but they're not. I say let them do it. Let them keep acting this way. The voters don't forget. I know I sure won't. If I had wanted 'leadership' that tucks tail and haul ass at the first sign of trouble, I'd move to France.
