I checked out his page and while I agree with much of what he says, minus the servant of the lord sort of stuff as well as the notion that whites have been trained to fear blacks. Sure, it's true that whites have, and it seems still do, kept blacks down through a varity of institionalized ways, even rational blacks fear living in black neighborhoods. That is, generally speaking, white attitudes toward blacks may have caused the fearful behavior of many of us toward black males. However, it seems to me, generally speaking, that what seens to be a cultural attitude of being a victim in a constant need of rescue has at the very least, amplified that fear and may also be a partial cause for a, perhaps small, rogue element in black society.
For instance, my wife and I had little money left after sailing the Gulf of Mexico for 5 years.
When we came ashore in St. Petersburg Fla we needed a home and got more for our money in a black neighborhood. I had no fear of blacks. Indeed, after 24 years in the AF I learned to admire what seemed to me to be the intrinsic wisdom which seemed to spring from many of those outstanding men.
Yet I got a somewhat different view in my new neighborhood. That is, it seems that most of my neighbors still possessed that intrinsic wisdom, but brother they did fear a certain group of black angry rogues who robbed and killed anyone, black or white. Their windows were barred and many not only owned guns, they owned friggin' arsonals. After a few months I reluctantly bought a little 380.. pop gun... Thankfully I've never had to use it. And even though I knew it was irrational to think we could protect ourselve with such a tiny thing, for some silly reason we both felt better for having owned it.
So it seems that not only are whites trained to fear black men, maybe blacks are also being trained by other blacks to fear black men.
Outside of the government and my mother, I pretty much don't fear anyone.
LOL, more chuckles!
