Yesterday, I pointed out that a school in Canada was discouraging snow ball fights. In my headline, I asked rhetorically, "Zero tolerance for possession of snowballs?" Well, according to the Seattle Times, I almost spoke too soon.
Julie Miles has two kids at A.G. Bell Elementary in Kirkland, a school with a zero tolerance for snowballs. Students there say they were told they can't even touch the snow, much less pack and hurl it.I wonder if kids caught with snow in liquid form can be suspended for possession of paraphernalia.

And owners of snow-making machines could be prosecuted under the RICO Act!
