The Baltimore Sun reports that the Bush Administration intends to combat pornography.
In a speech in 2002, Ashcroft made it clear that the Justice Department intends to try. He said pornography "invades our homes persistently though the mail, phone, VCR, cable TV and the Internet," and has "strewn its victims from coast to coast."I admit it. I've been victimized by this before. In the immortal words of Principal Carter, "I sat through every disgusting frame of this film. Twice."

I really hate to admit that.
Porn will never be illegalized. Imagine being a man, going to a voting booth, and actually vote to make porn illegal...plus, if it did happen to be made illegal, I would be rich when I sold all of mine :-D
Anything to help Bush get re-elected. He hasn't done everything right, but damn sure does things better than Kerry would.
Joseph, people don't necessarily connect what they vote for to what they'll personally abide by. 80-some years ago a nation of drinkers went to the polls and elected politicians who promised to ban alcoholic beverages. Furthermore, one of the hardest-drinking places I have ever been in was Deaf Smith County, Texas, where booze was STILL prohibited.
