Whoa! Dude! How about including Dr. Adams' next paragraph?
Well, that isn’t actually true. He never said any such thing. I just told a bald faced lie in only the third paragraph of this editorial. But it’s morally justified because I confessed to the lie in the fourth paragraph of the editorial.
Sorta changes the flavor, eh? Codey wasn't really being accused of saying that. Adams' point was somewhat different. Of course, Codey is still a prick.

But presenting the fake quote out of context gives the impression that Dr. Adam's was misquoting Codey, casting aspersions on Adams, however inadvertantly. I think the good doc deserves better. He is for the most part on our side, after all.
