I'm wondering why a few of my posts are quoted on this site, verbatim, without attribution.
See the one's from August 6th, entitled "Second Amendment" and "Cause and Effect?" They look awfully familiar to this and this.
Have you emailed them to ask why they are doing it? I have heard of this happening some but he did not even edit it any. You ought to see if amy of the others for that day are ripped off.

Just to name a few. Maybe he has trouble writing his own?
Actually, I'm pretty sure it's a bot or a feed. Both posts of mine include the HTML for my icons. They don't show because hotlinking is turned off on this site, but the code is there. That means it must have been copied from the source code, which implies it's a bot.
I don't really care, although I wish they'd at least give me a writing credit or link. It's more of a courtesy really.
Posted by: Ravenwood at August 7, 2004 9:57 PMIt could be a bot, but another guess is just some kid/uneducated adult who just put up a site and rips off the whole code and puts it into the editor. (I've seen that done before on videogame sites.)

Posted by: Da Goddess at August 8, 2004 1:28 AMYou got attribution on the Second Amendment piece. Apparently WAY late.
Posted by: Kevin Baker at August 9, 2004 9:50 PMHe added that after I sent an email. Still, it looks more like an orphaned link than an attribution.
