This represents just about everything that bugs me about those busybody homeowner's associations that are always so worried about how their neighbors run their lives.
A blind couple is headed to court to resolve a dispute with their homeowner association about droppings left in the street by their guide dogs.Sorry, but I would rather put up with inconsiderate neighbors who don't mow their lawn than these ninnies.Dennis and Shirley Bartlett are aware of the pooper-scooper rules for their Desert Grove homeowner association, but said they sometimes miss droppings left by their dogs.
"You can't get everything all the time," Dennis Bartlett said.
Good grief. I guess they want them to pull a Cheech-and-Chong, where, just to make sure what it is, they touch, smell, and taste a pile of dog shit, then say, "Good thing we didn't step in it."
