"I support the ban on religious music in the schools because I feel that it makes children, who do not celebrate a particular holiday or have a particular religion, it makes them uncomfortable, as if they have to choose between being in a chorus or band and their religions," -- Maplewood, NJ resident, Shelley Slafkes, supporting a ban on Christmas carols.
So, if you don't like Christmas Carols, why would you go to a Christmas recital? (How long before someone sues Norad for tracking Santa Claus?)
NORAD has to track Santa. That's the only way the ACLU will know where to send their lawyers.
Or perhaps we celebrate an all-encompassing holiday like Ramahanukwanzmas.
