They say you should give until it hurts, but that doesn't seem to be the policy of the Statesville Housing Authority. They snubbed a local businessman who is running a 'toys for tots' like program and collecting hundreds of toys for children who would otherwise receive nothing on Christmas day. There were a few whiners last year who were upset that the Housing Authority dared to accept gifts from the owner of a local gentlemen's club, reports Fox News, so the Housing Authority has decided that the children should forgo the toys.
Jeff Bustle, owner of Teasers in Statesville, said the Statesville Housing Authority told him that it won't accept gifts collected at his business.Nothing burns me up more than seeing good looking women giving out toys to little kids."It's really sad," said Bustle, who has participated in toy drives for the past 14 years.
David Meachem, executive director of the housing authority, said he rejected the toys because he was criticized last year for accepting the donation.
Residents complained after they saw a photograph in the Statesville Record & Landmark last December.
The photo showed two dancers from the club next to a Statesville police officer, inside a limousine loaded with presents for children.

Next, there will be a push to reject any toy donations from churches, mosques, synagogues, and the like.
And don't you dare mention God, or it's a lump of coal for you this year, you bad little boy!
