How can anyone, from any party claim that recounting the votes until you get the result you want is a fair and democratic process? This just reeks of foul play, especially with the 'recent discovery' of new votes.
Democrats have claimed victory in the race for Washington governor by a razor-thin margin of eight votes, citing preliminary results of a hand recount they say puts Christine Gregoire in front for the first time. Out of 2.9 million ballots cast on Election Day, Rossi won by a mere 261 votes; his lead was whittled to 42 votes in a subsequent machine recount. Democrats paid for the hand recount, which got under way Dec. 8.
Recounting the votes until you get the result you want is called an AlGore-ithm.

Now is the opurtune time for the people of Washington State to experiement without a governor for the next four years.
I mean, what harm can be done? None. They don't need any new laws, no state in America does. As for emergencies, you don't need a Governor since its obvious, whatever the emergency, what to do.
If the people of Washington, still a very liberal state even if the Republican wins, think they are smarter then everyone and inventive and bold, they would do it.
