"Rise in violent crime but burglaries and car theft down" -- Comments
I believe the muggers, yardies and other scum are now targeting burglars and car thieves. Thats because they're the only people in the country that this poxed up government hasn't managed to tax to death.

(Of course, he's depending on the British Crime Survey rather than police reported crime...
