Lefty whore Janeane Garofalo shows us what she really thinks.
"The inked fingers was disgusting," Air America radio talk show host Janeane Garofalo declared on MSNBC in denouncing Republican lawmakers who, before and after the State of the Union, showed off an inked finger meant to demonstrate solidarity with Iraqi voters who dipped a finger in ink when they voted. To mock the display, Garofalo soon held up her hand in a Nazi salute as she predicted: "The inked fingers and the position of them, which is gonna be a Daily Show photo already, of them signaling in this manner [Nazi salute], as if they have solidarity with the Iraqis who braved physical threats against their lives to vote as if somehow these inked-fingered Republicans have something to do with that."Why do people insist on trivializing the holocaust to make their point? Garafalo's also never heard of Godwin's Law.
To quote the (ahem...) woman:
"...as if somehow these ink fingered Republicans have something to do with that."
Hmmmm...apparently the Iraqis were able to vote prior to those "ink-fingered Republicans" massive effort to oust Saddam's regime?
Take a hike, sister. And carry no compass or map, if you please.

Posted by: Yosemite Sam at February 4, 2005 10:52 AMWhy, the Iraqis loved to vote before the war? Don't you remember the 100% turnout they had? Saddam got 100% of the vote too -- that's a mandate!
Posted by: Phelps at February 4, 2005 12:24 PMThere's only one good thing I can say about Janeane.
She certainly has a face made for radio.
Garofalo -- or Waterbuffalo -- whatever her name is. She's such a twit.
No matter how you feel about the war it is a GREAT thing that the Iraqis were able to vote in a free election at long last.
But this whiny, smug limousine liberal socialist still mocks them. The sooner Garofalo goes to live in communist Cuba the better. I'm sure she'd be much happier living there than the USA -- which passionately hates so much.
