She's stolen my heart.
She would not return it, now
she weds another.
It should not bug me.
It does. Nothing to do now,
but drink heavily.

Posted by: DaveJ at May 8, 2005 7:22 AMI've already made that clear.
Posted by: Ravenwood at May 8, 2005 10:59 AMDamn. Sorry to hear that. Fortunately, there are still decent women out there--you just have to convince them you're worth the time (hehehe).
If I knew any in the area I'd steer one your way. Unfortunately, all the decent women I know that are still single are a little old for you (50s), and the few young ones I know aren't "ripe" yet (ie, they haven't got their heads wrapped on right).
Don't drink too much. You still have to go to work in order to get paid. ;^)
Posted by: Lornkanaga at May 8, 2005 7:54 PMOops--forgot to mention one thing: If you're going to listen to Garth Brooks, listen to "Friends in Low Places"--it's much better.
Oh, and don't listen to "The Dance", unless you want to yell "no it wasn't, no it wasn't, NO IT WASN'T" through the entire song (chuckle).
