Julianne Malveaux, who writes for USA Today calls President Bush a "terrorist", and the United States a "terrorist nation". Newsmax reports on her interview with radio pundit Sean Hannity.
"Terrorism in the United States is as old as we are. You want me to give you a litany of terrorism? You want me to start with what's happened to the Indian population? You want to go on to what happened in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1921?"Malveaux made her comments over public airwaves, without fear of government retaliation or retribution. Terrorist state indeed."C'mon now, Sean," Malveaux told Hannity. "We are terrorists."
Asked point-blank if the U.S. was a "terrorist nation," Malveaux shot back: "Oh, Absolutely."
In the next breath she added, "The chickens have come home to roost," in an apparent reference to the 9/11 attacks.
Asked if America was "a good country," Malveaux responded tersely, "We're a country." Pressed on why she omitted the adjective "good," she replied: "I can't answer that. I think we have some good and I think we have some evil."

Nice to keep the perspective of the Unreasonable Left.
I'm especially fond of the lack of context on the "terrorism" that the US played on the Indians. Always an interesting perspective. Though let's ensure that we fail to include the perspective that the Indian's weren't being the "gentle and in tune with nature" race that so many wish to propagandize. The Indian tactics were savage as well. Should we be disgusted with the actions toward the Indians? Certainly. In many cases they were brutal and the end results of those action didn't justify the means. But that doesn't make the present country a terrorist nation either. A terrorist super-power doesn't use precision munitions when they are fighting. They would use carpet bombing.
The Tulsa claim is idiotic as well. Race riots in a city doesn't indicate a country's over all policy. Another shameful episode in our history no doubt. Then again, if you're only going to cite the evil in the country and ignore the overwhelming good, you're completely out of touch with the world. And as the post states, it's just a view of the cuckoo's nest.
