What the hell did Hillary do tonight!? Or not do, she should have conceded, but she chose political ambition over party unity. She will keep it divided and ruin everything. Hillary sucks!

The process of accepting the results of primaries for both candidates would be the only better prescription remedy for the party unity and future stronghold pillars. Let the democrats demostrate their high degree of intergrity and perfect example.

The characteristics of the leadership today

The advancement of every grouping and its objectives rests in the entire membership structure. The leadership is the key determinant for the status of its affairs. Today there are thousands of groupings that have different kinds of leaders and management styles. Even though the groupings and their leadership have different purposes and visions they have one thing in common - leadership attitude. The large number of leaderships today have lost creditability and seems to loose their stipulated direction. No one in the world tends to not trust in any leadership nowadays.

There are some convincing reasons for why these leaderships do not deserve the appreciation from their followers. One of the reasons is that they tend to be controlling the affairs of the gathering instead of assisting the members to excel. In deliberations of group businesses they always dictate and impose their own selfish ideas and sidelining the members� views. In their judgment they manipulate the principle of reality and truth and adorn themselves with the ornament of corruption. They have everlasting hunger for power and ceaseless thirsty for honour. They trade their personal dignity with the battle of retaining the illegitimate positions. The leaderships have always been motivated by the influence of material benefits and this has resulted into the altitude of greedy and oppression. They have closed the eyes of spirit and blocked the ears of truth. The term spirit of service is none existing vocabulary to such leaderships. These types of leaderships have such a very wonderful policies and visions on papers, and know very well how to talk beautifully about them but what they achieve is none other than keeping the well-written policies and visions inside the drawers of their desks. No any action follows their speeches.

Above all the leaderships have unsubscribed themselves from the Divine guidance.

The characteristics of the leadership we require

The world today requires the leadership that guided by the spirit of service. This is the indeed the type of leadership that seeks the means of empowering the members of their group. In their capacity they have a quality of flexibility that enables them to accommodate necessary changes and adjustments. This kind of leadership is always in fore front assisting their followers to realize and define their potentials. As the members of their group strive to express potentialities and talents the leadership accompanies them in order to make sure that they are supported accordingly. They are not just leaders but followers as well.

The success of their followers is the main motivator for their service. This kind of leadership helps maintaining the unity of group members. It is guided by the principles of equal justice and equity. It rarely talks about its uniqueness rather it promotes the deeds and the actions. In daily business deliberations this leadership respects value of consultation and it never attaches itself to any sense of dictatorship and self imposition. As a matter of fact it is firmly submitted to the will of Divine guidance.

O Thy kind Lord! Unite all. Let the religions agree and make the nations one, so that they may see each other one family and the whole earth as one home. May they live together in perfect harmony.

O God! Raise the aloft the banner of the oneness of mankind

O God! Establish the Most Great Peace. Cement Thou O God the hearts together. O Thou kind father, God! Gladden our hearts through the fragrance of Thy love. Brighten our eyes through the Light of Thy Guidance. Delight our ears with the melody of Thy Word, and shelter us all in the Stronghold of Thy Providence.

Thou art the Mighty and Powerful, Thou art the Forgiving and Thou art the One who overlooketh the shortcomings of all mankind.
