Reasons not to buy a 9mm

"When called to investigate a shooting last Friday night, police in Anne Arundel County, Maryland found an unlikely culprit--an Xbox."

Did the Xbox try to shoot itself? I've heard of people blaming violence on video games, but this is ridiculous.

I was trying to figure that out myself. Perhaps the writer thinks that the offender was not the shooter but the X-Box. But then again why would the shooter be arrested if it was all the X-Box's fault? The better more logical term would have been "victim."

You are both wrong. The X-Box is clearly to blame, for bringing this violence on itself. Rather than blame the shooter, the X-Box should be asking itself, "What have I done to make him hate me."

Well then since the X-Box died for its crime all that is left is to give the gun the electric chair.

So the X-Box, while the culprit, is also the victim? Maybe our society should start video game consoles some after school programs and start marketing midnight basketball to them.
