Twenty year old Jack Vu stands accused of a felony and faces up to five years in prison for taking photos up a ladies skirt in a Seattle area Safeway. Vu allegedly used one of those cell phone cameras to take snap shots up a young shopper's dress.
Last September, the Washington state supreme court threw out the convictions of two men charged under the state's voyerism law, because women don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy when they wear skirts in public.
