Firearms Regulations Compromise - Massachusetts style...
They enact even MORE BS regulations and procedures making it MORE difficult and cumbersome to get a firearms license, then they vote to reduce the size of the license to make it easier to fit in one's wallet.
God, I wish I was making this up.
